Congratulations to Chen-Ting Liao for receiving the National Science Committee's College Student Research Scholarship (2024-2025)!

This lab is dedicated to developing antivirals against emerging/reemerging viral infections, particularly veterinary viral diseases. Our team continuously collaborate with chemical labs to utilize novel artificial compounds in addition to natural resources for antiviral development.

Viral Analysis

我們希望能針對各種哺乳類或魚類病毒的致病機轉進行解析並且進一步了解各病毒與宿主細胞之間的相互作用。

Antiviral Testing

我們的研究目標是找尋各種不同的抗病毒物質並且了解這些物質採用何種機制抑制病毒的感染與複製，進一步了解是否有各種不同的標的物可作為新型抗病毒藥作用的位置。

Antiseptics Development

我們建構固體模擬系統來評估各種抗微生物產品的抑制病毒效果，並藉由此一系統了解病毒在環境中的耐受程度以及與受到環境中溫濕度等物理因子影響程度。
